Ms. Gallinari joins our fourth grade team as a special education teacher. She has been teaching for 19 years in both public and parochial education. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Temple University and later earned a Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of South Carolina. Ms. Gallinari has taught general education in both elementary and middle school as well as interrelated special education.
Ms. Gallinari loves to travel. One of her favorite destinations is Australia where she snorkeled in the Great Barrier Reef and flew in a hot air balloon over the Australian Outback.
In addition to traveling, Ms. Gallinari loves being outside in nature. She recently moved from Beaufort, SC where she volunteered for the Hunting Island Sea Turtle Rescue Program.
While at home here in Atlanta, you can find Ms. Gallinari at the Atlanta Rowing Club where she enjoys sculling on the Chattahoochee River or going for walks with her dog Waffles.
